This was released as a cassette in 2010 by Mandible Records (now out -of-print). The first 6 songs were recorded in Fall of 2009 after not having played together for more than a year.

Songs 7-13 were recorded in Summer/Fall of 2007 and were released on two 7 inches.

Tracks 7-10 originally on the "Blowin' It" EP, released by Mauled by Tigers.
Track 11 previously unreleased.
Tracks 12-13 originally on a split 7" with Brainworms, released by Rorschach Records.
